By accessing or using Adum.pickmoor.com or any services provided by Pickmoor, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.
You may be required to create an account to purchase goods or access services. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All purchases made on Pickmoor’s platform must be paid for using the approved payment systems, including PayPat integration for credit and mobile payments.
Pickmoor may offer installment plans. Eligibility is determined by your payment history and creditworthiness. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Products will be delivered by our logistics partners. Estimated delivery times may vary based on location and vendor availability. Pickmoor is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers but will support dispute resolution.
Refunds and returns are subject to each vendor's return policy. Pickmoor facilitates communication between vendors and buyers but is not the seller of goods. Ineligible or abused return practices may lead to account suspension.
Customers may join our Associate program to earn commissions and bonuses. Customers must comply with Pickmoor policies, including fair pricing, product quality, and fulfillment obligations. Violations of terms may lead to removal from the platform.
All platform content, branding, software, and designs are owned by Pickmoor or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Pickmoor aims for 99% uptime but may schedule maintenance or encounter downtime. Pickmoor is not liable for any data loss, sales interruption, or
damage resulting from platform outages.
You agree not to misuse the platform by uploading harmful content, engaging
in fraud, or violating any laws. Any abusive, misleading, or unlawful behavior may result in account termination.
Pickmoor provides its services "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Pickmoor is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Pickmoor, you consent to data processing as outlined in the policy.
Pickmoor reserves the right to update these terms at anytime. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance.
By registering as a merchant/Supplier/Vendor on Pickmoor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
To use Pickmoor, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. Businesses or organizations registering accounts must be duly authorized to act on behalf of that entity.
Merchants can showcase their products on adum.pickmoor.com and create free stores on pickmoor.com, complete with a customizable website and dashboard dependent on their subscription plan. Merchants must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep this information updated. Each account is responsible for all activity that occurs under its account.
Pickmoor offers merchants (dependent on subscription package chose):
• Shelf rentals for physical product visibility
• A free customizable website
• Real-time sales alerts
• POS, Inventory, HR, Payroll, and Accounting tools
• PayPat Credit & Payment Access
• Logistics and fulfillment support
Merchants agree to:
• Fulfill orders promptly
• Maintain accurate product listings
• Comply with applicable local and international trade laws
Merchants may choose from shelf rental packages subscription per annum. These fees may be revised with prior notice. Pickmoor retains the right to deduct applicable service fees from merchants earnings through PayPat.
Pickmoor's AI-powered tools offer automated business analytics, inventory updates, and mobile alerts. These are informational and do not constitute business or financial advice.
All materials on the Pickmoor platform, including logos, software, text, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Pickmoor or its licensors. Merchants retain rights to their individual trademarks, branding, and uploaded content.
Pickmoor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, unless required by applicable law. All services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
Pickmoor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or act unlawfully. Merchants may terminate their account at any time; however, obligations incurred before termination remain enforceable.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Ghana.
